The Grand Holidays Pvt. Ltd was established in 2005 with the vision of further expanding our services beyond our borders. The company soon established itself as a brand name recognized by tour operators and travel agents in the tourism markets of Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia. Through this venture, the experiences we gained in the industry over the years enabled us to support and offer technical expertise for various companies in the Maldives. This laid the foundation for our venture as independent consultants, to provide solutions to businesses in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Today, we formalize ourselves as partners to collectively work as a team to share our combined diverse expertise in the sector. The Grand Associates Pvt. Ltd. is formally registered in the Maldives and Sri Lanka in 2020. Mr.Ibrahim Nizam was appointed as the CEO.
Nizam, our CEO envisioned a dream team to endeavor “The Grand Dream” that is headed by;

Mr.Paul Bergin(UK).
Likewise, we are now a multi-talented, multi-national team working globally with clients that are both local and international.

IBRAHIM NIZAM, CEO
Nizam brings with himself the accumulated strengths and an in-depth knowledge of Maldives tourism and associated industries in its entirety, acquired from a career that has spanned over thirty-five years. Nizam joined the tourism industry in 1982 when the industry itself was in its infancy.
Nizam has a PGC in management from the University of Liverpool, UK.
UZAIR HASSAN, INVESTMENT CONSULTANT
Uzair Hassan, our Associate Consultant is an ex-Banker and a Senior Management Consultant with over 35 years of experience. Uzair is also a serial entrepreneur and has been involved with multiple undertakings across a broad spectrum. Over the last 18 years he has been involved with projects ranging from running serviced offices to trading with some of the world’s largest entities across multiple countries. He also owns an Architectural/ Interior design firm, a Trading firm as well as a Management consulting firm.
PAUL BERGIN, ENVIRONMENTAL INNOVATOR
Paul Bergin operates in the business area of strategic marketing; initiating and enforcing the attainment of sales goals and corporate objectives. He is skilled at reviewing the risks and threats to revenue from a wide-ranging scenario of data. He brings onboard business partners and appropriate projects which he works on. He successfully identifies, develops and implements projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of products, services and marketing initiatives. Paul also has experience in
several funding applications for innovative projects, and in the creation and organization of complex Environmental Services contracts across the UK. Paul is also a training and mentoring assessor in the environmental industry.
